Our mission is as follows:

• To ensure a responsible, appropriate and properly considered development of the Stanton Iron Works site in a manner that will not adversely impact on local communities or surrounding countryside.
• In doing so the views of local people as to the best way in which this can be achieved should take preference to the wishes of developers, local authorities, and government departments both locally and nationally.
• A non-negotiable condition is that the surrounding green belt, a fragile and valuable asset to the people of Erewash as a whole, shall in no part be sacrificed for that development.
