Our Lady Godiva walk on June 9th to the Saint Gobain exhibition centre was a complete success.  Despite inclement weather, the rain stopped for the duration of the walk from Stanton by Dale to the Stanton Iron Works.

A good turn out from local people ensured that both developer and council were well aware of our concerns regarding the proposals for the site.

The event made the local headlines in the Ilkeston Advertiser and the Derby Telegraph.
