For those of you who weren't able to make it to the Green Squeeze Stanton Waterside event on November 24th or would like friends or colleagues to see it, Geraint Cole's amazing presentation is now available to watch here.

For ease of viewing, the presentation has been split into two parts.  Part one covers the history and background of the Chesterfield Waterside Development along with general issues surrounding such projects. Part two deals more specifically with how such a concept could be applied to the Stanton site.

Geraint is a master of presenting and somehow manages to combine a formidable knowledge and expertise with an amazing 'can do' attitude and a sense of humour that brings the whole issue to life.  If this man were a teacher everyone would be top of the class.  But be warned - watch either of these and by the end you'll be fighting the urge to pick up a shovel and start work yourself.

If you want to know the full nine yards of building a world class waterside development watch both parts.  If you're pushed for time and enthusiasm then Part 2 is your best bet.
